Upgraded Based in False Advertising!

I upgraded my medical aid option based on the fact that I'd have the new D2D+ savings benefit, however Fedhealth is unable to give me the name of a single doctor or pharmacy that offers the Health Risk Assessment required for this. So they are advertising a benefit that does not exist! It's super *********, ******* and against the Consumer Protection Act. Im now stuck paying more than double my previous premium for nothing! Very unhappy with Flexifed 1 - wish I had stayed on Savvy.

Just to add, if this is not resolved- if my plan is not downgraded, I will be reporting Fedhealth to the Consumer Ombudsman.
