Unwilling to assist with auth for a child with Down Syndrome

My son has Down Syndrome, which is well recorded by you guys as he's been on there since birth. He needs to have dental treatment under GA at a day clinic.

The dentists have now twice given motivation. They stated that xrays could not be taken as he won't tolerate anything being done. She has sent the pictures she was able to take as advised by your call center, given an estimate (which includes xrays while under GA if you guys bothered to read) of what should be done and give 2 motivations and still you are asking for clinical info and xrays.

Do you just not want to help a special needs child with his medical needs? Or does your medical advisor have absolutely no understanding of Down Syndrome and whaf it entails? I literally do not understand what is so hard to grasp here.
