untheical and dishonest

<p>i signed up with fedhealth in December 2016, few weeks ago i needed to go into trauma at the only hospital in my area, only to find out that the mediclinic in my area isn't covered under the entry saver, when i called demanding the voice recordings for the sign up, they REFUSED advising me to get a lawyers letter. this is the most ridiculous thing I've heard. after calling the broker that was involved they gladly sent me the voice recordings, only to find out that mediclinic in my area was covered but fedhealth removed them in January, they never advised me of this change, they would rather have me pay medical aid every month for a cover i cannot use. now I'm trying to cancel this policy and they telling me i must still pay 2month premium and the savings that i used. Fedhealth doesn't care about there clients only money. I've never experience anything this bad there consultant cannot even give you proper information, when i asked why is it that when i called in,why didn't a consultant think to looks and advise me that I am paying for a cover i cannot use they tell me "if you choose a cover who are we to advise you any different" surely as a financial adviser its your job to advise the clients and advise them of the best plan that suits there individual needs. This wasn't done, so in other words they are not following TCF (Treating Clients Fairly), they seem to follow their own rules and regulations, making it up as they go. The plan I am on doesn't suit my needs because the hospital nor the ambulance service in my area is covered under my plan. They more than willing now to change my plan (without my consent) but i have to pay extra, i seem to be paying alot of money for their mistakes.</p> <p> </p>
