Unpaid oncology claim
second year in a row, where we have to battle and fight to have a oncology PMB claim paid correctly. the process claims incorrectly and stick huge co pays on the member. Numerous calls and reference numbers to have it rectified with no help or use. I am totally disgusted!!!!
