Unpaid Claims

I am so dissapointed with this medical aid, i injured myself in March and according to my statements and the Fedhealth consultant, Dayanand Reddy, payment was made to the Orthopaedics. its now 5 months later and the doctors have advised me that they have not received any payment from my medical aid, but i dont have any savings left as fedhealth informed me that this was paid. These doctors are now calling me demanding payment, THIS DOES NOT LOOK GOOD. i am waiting over a week for a response with regard to my mail that i sent. YOU JUST DONT CARE!!!!!!!!!
