Unpaid claims

I am honestly not happy with this medical like I cannot understand why our companies put us in these situations. Having to take a medical you cannot afford, you take something cheaper but just to pay monthly installments for basically nothing. I am now pregnant and I have been nothing but unhappy with fedhealth. This medical aid is just putting me in a terrible situation, I am in debt now because they don't cover jack. In increased my plan still to find myself not being covered. Already I cannot add my kids and now the increased plan and now a added bill. I really wish my situation changes so I can just cancel this scheme all together.
