Unpaid claim for in hospital blood tests

Pathetic service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am having such terrible service from this medical aid it is shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have sent countless enquiries to them about an unpaid hospital bill for Lancet when I was hospitalized, and the hospitalization turned into emergency premature labor. My unplanned hospitalization was on 25th February 2018, the doctor organized the hospital authorization on my behalf (Which Fedhealth says they have no record of). My gyane kept me in hospital till the 28th of February where she made a decision to conduct an emergency C-Section due to complications I was having. Its been over a year but the Lancet laboratory bill of R5000 has no been paid. The latest reference number from my last interaction with the medical aid is as follows:
