Unpaid claim

<p>Went to the E.R on 15/11/2016 with a severe asthma attack. Paid R1500 in order to get treatment at casualty with the knowledge that I would be refunded byFedhealth.</p> <p> </p> <p>To date numerous calls/escalations/mails have gone through to Fedhealth and still there has been no payment. I've today heard the umpteenth consultant tell me that he would personally escalate the matter to management (***)... heard that one 3 times before... Their word means nothing.</p> <p>My claim has been left for 11 weeks now, no one has even made an attempt to call me or give me feedback when it was promised to me.</p>
