This medical aid scheme was cancelled in November 2015 after their call centre **** to me.<br> <br> After this in March 2016, I got a bill for 489, which I could not understand, after contacting fed-health via mail they only responded by saying it was a over spent on my savings.<br> <br> I called them in March 2016 and they explained to me that I do actually owe them this amount, I told them that I will pay it by the end of march 2016, so they then listed me on ITC before the end of march, after they agreed that they will wait for the payment.<br>
