On January 30th 2022 we submitted our 1 month notice for termination of membership at Fedhealth. On 31 January they responded with an email requesting us again if we want to terminate the membership and we rep**** to the mail we received confirming gain that end of February is the last day of cover and the 1 month notice. Now in April our account is debited by Fedhealth for the membership fee!! This is *****! Twice we confirmed cancellation in accordance with the 30 day notice requirement! We want our money back today!!!
