UNFAIR UNDERWRITING

So I was a dependent on my wifes medical aid last year and this year my wife upgraded and I became a main member on my own membership.Note that I was on the same option as when i was on my wifes membership. My wife and i joined fedhealth and both had waiting periods 3 months and twelve months... and at the time of doing the change we have no longer been on the waiting period. My anger is that now fedhealth imposes a 3 month and 12 month waiting period on my membership like it does not make sense ....at all I tried disputing with the wellworx team no use....
