Unfair debits by FEDHEALTH

I reached an agreement with fedhealth that i will pay them monthly R206 for 8months their medivault. Agreement signed and they acknowledged receipt . In the 15th match i paid them the agreed R210. To my shock and disbelif not to mention disorganising ; on the 25th march fedhealth debits my account R206 AND R300 same day!! Meaning in March only i paid fedhealth R712 yet we agreed on R206. I've been sending them emails no response. I caled them but waiting for a consultant until my airtime ran out.
