Unexplained bill
I left Fedhealth for another medical aid. My savings was already depleted. Out of the blue I received a bill of some money that I owe them and when I enquired I was told that the information relating to my bill was in brochures sent annually to members. To make even matters worse one of the managers said I was stupid. How's that for service.
