Blood tests paid out of savings instead of chronic illness which I have registered. The correct code was submitted however fedhealth has failed to reverse the funds back into my savings..despite querying with a few agents and the ampath fedhealth has not reversed the amount.

16 Mar 2022, 14:08My request has not been resolved. Gugu Matroshe Bongo disconnected my call during our conversation. My blood test for my Thyroid hormones was not paid out if my chronic meds which I am registered under fedhealt deducted off my savings.My previou Mamogram was also deducted from my savings. I require both payments. Reversed into my savings immediately.
