I wonder if there's anyone working for this medical aid Whatsapp line or not as I've been on the quee from 10H02 not assistance.Friday I had an emergency I called an ambulance to rush him to hospital we went to Netcare garden City where an admission was refused due to fedhealth not issuing pre authorization until this day theres no Authorisation because underwriting took 8hrs that can be over 5days at fedhealth yet my son is critical I'll something started a month ago.same Friday I sent an medical aid upgrade because I am hypertensive with this medical aid that has no hospital around where I am staying I can't survive myself as well almost all request are not attended until when?
