My grandparent where mainmembers on there on fedhealth memberships both flexicare 3 1MAY 2023 my grandmother is added as a dependent under my grandfather now she has to go for a procedure which is pmb and they are declining because of under writing...
WORST CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE EVER.
