Unacceptable Service from Fedhealth

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I am highly disappointed and disgusted in the fact that this medical aid requested from me to make a co-payment of R5300 for an operarion that did not even cost R4000.<br />I sadly had to cover the cost for the difference and also for the required medication as prescribed by the surgeon.</p> <p><br />I then also had an embarrassing moment on 2 Feb 2017 when I went to my nominated GP's office for a follow-up and had to wait till after those who came after me to see the doctor. This all because up until this very moment you have not made any payment to my nominated GP nor have you made payment to the surgeon for the operation that I did.<br />If I had my way I would cancel my membership with Fedhealth with immediate effect.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Please note that I shall report this matter to the Council for Medical Schemes as I am a member now for more than na year and I pay more than R2000 per month for unacceptable service.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I request that someone makes contact with me as I have never been this embarrassed and disgusted with a medical aid as I was last week.</p> <p><br />Awaiting your response.</p>
