UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

I am writing this as I have a daughter who is suffering. She joined Fedhealth Last year - disclosed all her medical information. Certain items were excluded for 12 months, plus the general 3 month watiing period. In the beginning of this year Anastazia Biewenga, went to see a specialist for a pre-disclosed condition (Hernia Mesh) which was not excluded. The specialist told her that she needed an operation. It has now been 3 months, and Fedhealth keep asking for reports, scans, etc. My daughter is in extreme pain and can some days hardly walk. PSG have been assisting and supplying everything Fedhealth requests. Each time they request something else. If her hernia ruptures, we will sue Fedhealth from hear to eternity. THIS NON-COMPLAINCE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. She has not been able to work for over TWO MONTHS. Her work has stopped paying for her Salary due to her Sick Leave been exhausted. FEDHEALTH..............something better be done AND VERY SOON. PEOPLE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A MEDICAL AID...........DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE FEDHEALTH.
