Unacceptable business practice misleading information.

Having been a member of Fedhealth a few years ago I thought it the obvious choice to make since I am no longer restricted by company medical aid choices. My kids are currently or was that is on a medical aid which i have notified with great difficulty that they will be resigning (Current Medical Aid being my ex husband) well i went ahead got everything sorted had all the fights I needed to have and was comfortable as Fedhealth indicated all was in order and as of the 1st Of March we will be on Medical Aid as I had to provide them with 9 years proof of me having been covered by medical aid. Let me not forget to mention also that when I spoke with the consultant I stressed that my 13 year old son is ADHD and is on medication i stressed several more times that i know the medication he is on is not covered on chronic medication with any medical aid but is normally paid for from savings I just need to be sure that his condition will be covered as we do have doctors visits to consider and also that his meds will be paid even if from my savings. we discussed 3 plan options I was emailed all the plan options after I insisted that I am a visual person I need to read and see what we are discussing. I receive my member package today only to find that my kids is now on a 3 month waiting period and my sons ADHD has been excluded for a full year. Now taking into consideration that Fedhealth told me all was in order they sent me written confirmation that all was in order they at NO point in time mentioned that 1 there would be a 3 month waiting period or even mention the words POSSIBLE waiting period indicating to me i should possibly reconsider neither did they at any point in time tell me that my son who had his ADHD covered and paid on the previous medical would now NOT be covered at all as if I had been advised of this I would NOT have gone ahead with this Medical Aid as I woudl most definitely be a complete idiot to remove a child from a Medical Aid that was paying for everything to go and place him on a Medical Aid that was not going to pay for NOTHING when it comes to his condition. And not that this is any of Fedhealths business but in order ot remove my kids from my ex husbands Medical Aid I had to got via the court so what is expected of me to do now go back to court and tell the judge oh no I am sorry Fedhealth misled me and for this reason you need to amend your ruling and put the kids back onto dads Medical Aid i'm sure I will be seen as a complete lunatic and told to be sure Fedhealth covers mental problems. Then to add salt to the wound I call in shortly after getting my member pack to say this is the situation I am dealing with as I was completely misled I get told by yet another call center agent well we don't cover ADHD on the option that you chose so you cant speak to a manager or team leader as they can't tell you anything different from what I have have just told you.

Thanks for the generic response it appears Fedhealth just never disappoints when it comes to expectation.
