Typicall medical scheme making things impossible.

Still waiting on a list of dentist to be sent in order for me to use a network dentist but still have not received the email from the lady I spoke to (wish I took down ur name) an I really hate all the voice prompts I have to follow when calling so really dread calling in. I now have to give up on finding a dentist while this bull**** medical scheme racks up premiums. Apologies for being so blunt but you all really suck.
