I submitted a script for my baby's formula more than a month ago to their so called designated service provider (Pharmacy direct) and I've sent e-mails to follow up however no one has responded to those e-mails. Yesterday I got my medication but I didn't get any formula at all. Is the kind of service that you want us to be subjected to with this your so called designated service provider. If there's anything that they still need why are they not contacting me to notify me of it
