Treatment Approved and then they refused to pay

In March we send Fedhealth full report from the doctor for dental procedure for approval. They requested all the scans / xrays and motivation letters , which was forwarded to them. I received call from Leotea Pillay advising this is approved . As this procedure is very expensive I awaiting their approval prior to us having the procedure done. Once I submitted the first bill for payment tin April they now say this is declined , since then going back and forth , They requested xrays and codes again only to be told again yesterday this has been declined. Fiona got involved in this about month ago and also requested varies document and codes.On one such call she stated that they will pay portion which has not happened . On the 1October Fiona calls my wife and treat her as if she is 5 year old questioning how we got approvals , which she was well aware of .<br> I would like senior management to contact me asap.<br>
