Totally pathetic and useless medical aid

I was a topmed member who merged with this useless medical aid. Before I gave birth I made sure that I was financially prepared for extra costs because I don't have gap cover. This medical aid assured me that everything would be covered!!!! Hence I changed hospitals whilst in labour few days before I gave birth!!! Because this is what the medical aid forced me to do. You guys assured me!!! All costs are covered because it's one of network hospitals. I then gave birth, and left the hospitals with Bill's coming from all over!!!!!!! I then had no money to pay my monthly contributions! You guys are quick to deduct 587 from my account each time I cant manage to pay my contribution but when I ask to please cancel my freaking member ship you cant do it. You keep deducting money from me. I've been handed over by lawyers from the hospital.

Besides no one can HELP me. It's completely useless to phone you guys. You don't respond to emails. Your consultants no nothing. I can go on and on I am now at my wits end. Please note Fedhealth team or management! If you guys don't contact me. I will be taking this matter much further. Why should I struggle like this and wasting my money. I have 2 kids and don't even know if I am covered....
