Topmed merger with Fedhealth

Having been a loyal Topmed customer for many years, I am appalled by this merger and your t's & c's. Having no say in the merger in the first place I have been forced to move over to Fedhealth unwillingly. I tried making a claim for an ER visit last month for which my claim has not been approved. Why? Because I have no savings in Fedhealth yet my savings is in my previous medical account with topmed. In order for my savings to be moved over I have to give written notice that should I need to claim, that I cannot do so for 4.5 months!?!! What *****ery is this?? I will be taking this further and will be conducting a class suit against this absolute thievery. I expect someone to contact me soonest. This has gone one long enough. Fedhealth, contact me asap! Those are my savings that are due to me!!
