What a joke. I paid my premium manually on July 27 2019 as i had missed the debit order date. I was then debitted twice after that. I have sent literally 10 emails to fedhealth, asking to please return the extra debitted premium to which they did not even respond. I now cant buy food for the month. **** this company. DO NOT EVER SIGN WITH THIS *********** COMPANY. THEY HAVE ****** MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS AND THEN SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT. THEY TOOK 3 PREMIUMS OFF ME IN ONE MONTH AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT AND REFUSED TO ANSWER. THATS ****ING THEFT.!!!!!!!!!!
