Time waisters
<p>My girlfriend is with Fed Health Medical Aid and she has been complaining from tooth ache for the past week but every other dentist is not contracted with FEDHealth, this morning she calls Fed Health for a list of dentists and she gets sent this absolute horrific 301 page list of dentists that makes no sense, I then took it upon myself to contact Fed Health reqeusting a proper list that one can actually read and make heads or tales of but no reply, I then send another reqeust stating that one should always threaten when you want service and geuss what still not reply, it is now 2 in the afternoon and still no response on either of my previous emails 09:36 or 11:25, is this really customer service ?????</p>
