Threshold amount reached over and above - Fedhealth??

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I have reached my threshold limit and paid in extra, this happens each year, but nobody or the system automatically adjust acordingly. I urgently need adjustment because I have paid, an extra R14080, this year, out of my pocket because of a PMB condition, this is without the yearly fee of: R77160!!! there isn't any support from this medical scheme. I had to pay an extra R550 this weekend and was only R228 from the limit, does this now mean that you will refund?</p>
