This medical scheme is more of a pyramid scheme

This medical scheme is more of a pyramid scheme. It's been a whole week of me sending the same email, with the same complaint and being completely ignored, or humoured with an 'This e-mail serves to confirm that we have received and are attending to your query.' and NO follow up! A WHOLE WEEK!

I have fully paid for the outstanding payments to my membership (as I was momentarily unemployed), and even sent confirming proofs of payment. Yesterday mooning, around 01:40am, I received an email saying that my suspension was lifted, but then later, at around 17:05pm, I received an email saying I owe FedHealth R1965.00. How? Why do I owe money if I am up to date with my payments, and where does this high number come from? I paid for my June fee, directly into the advised Nedbank account, and also sent proof of payment of R1055.00.

What is going on? Has all my money not been properly allocated? How does money just go missing?

On top of all of this, I am yet to receive any explanation as what is going on. My bank has also charged me R130.00 after FedHealth (that’s you), tried to charge me R910.00. Why? As I understand, the R910.00 was the remaining sum I owed, and paid off weeks ago (with proof emailed to ***) . I received sms confirming the payment was received. So, again I ask, what is going on? Where is my money gone? And why haven’t my payments been appropriately allocated? Why is my membership suspended? Why am I being ignored?

This is a poor reflection of the company, and has left a truly bitter taste in my mouth.

I am beyond perplexed by the lack of communication from this company. I have previously stated that my membership money wasn’t properly allocated, despite sending proof of payment, and I’m yet to receive any formal communication apologising or explain what happened.

FedHealth decided to charge me for funds that I already paid for, and now my bank has charged me R130.00 extra because of you. When will you be regulating that? R910.00 was unfairly charged to my bank, and I didn’t have those funds, so my bank charged me R130.00 because I didn’t have R910, yet the R910 was a FedHealth blunder and not mine. Now I am expected to pay for your errors? Why?

I have spoken to my bank, and the R130.00 fee can only be reversed once fedhealth communicates with my bank for their (Fedhealth) error, yet nothing has been done. What is going on here?

My emails are ignore. My calls barely go through. How else am I to resolve a problem if all your channels of communication lead absolutely nowhere?

Look at that? Still ignoring a paying customer. I just double checked, and in fact, because of a Fedhealth blunder, R260.00 was charged to my account. When will this be addressed?
