First of all, it took them almost 2 months to activate my membership.<br> <br> Then trying to get Sam's meds on Chronic for PBM is a nightmare. Firstly, not all meds were approved. Then they wanted a motivation letter, which was sent, then the response is that she is in a waiting period???? ***??? <br> <br> She needs her medication and she can't get it !!!!
