Thieving medical aid!

On the 9th of July this year I was scheduled for gastroscopy. I followed all the steps set out by my medical aid and got pre-authorisation. They responded that authorisation is granted but there will be a co-payment because the procedure can theoretically be performed in the doctor's office (even though the procedure could not be performed in my doctor's office). I went through all the steps to contact them repeatedly and eventually it was explained to me that the co-payment can be taken from my savings (roll over) benefit. aka. a loan they give you since they no longer have a similar built in benefit, but that the claim would be reversed and paid from my chronic benefit should the procedure prove that I suffer from a chronic medical condition, which it did. I submitted supporting documents from my doctor which also states this, together with the claim to be paid. The claim has still not been paid neither from my chronic benefit or my Wallet aka. Savings roll over benefit. They have however now nearly depleted my savings by paying for chronic medication which should have been paid for from my chronic benefit in the first place, even though my doctor's offices have repeatedly sent test results and motivations to have these medicines registered on my chronic benefit. This medical aid is worthless and are *****ing money left right and centre.
