They will not provide documents
We have app**** to the medical aid early November and started paying December as if we are on the medical scheme. It is end of January. We did not get our membership cards yet and we asked for just at least an email to confirm that we are on the medical aid and they cannot provide us with that. We have phoned 5 times now with still no response. They charged us R1000 admin fee and we have received no admin!!!
