They say call us family to make us feel special!!!! but who are the really fooling.

Being a member of Fedhealth family and paying your monthly fees, the least you would expect is when you lodge a query they would respond. This has been by far the worst experience I have had especially with a scheme that claims their members are family. Its been almost 2 months and the lack of and no response that we have received regarding the numerous emails which we have sent is clearly a discard of our well being and even more could be life threatening.
