The worst service ever

After a very extensive and expensive operation on September 6th 2019 for a hernia repair ( I paid upfront and recieved an auth number) I have recieved a total of R4000. The Fedhealth network hospital Anncron Klerksdorp NOT KRUGERSDORP I specified ( which cost R70 000 ) was misspelt on the auth and I still have not been paid for this at all. The anesthetist cost of 30k has only been paid at a rate of R2000 the surgeons bill has also been paid at a super low rate at R2000 for a 60k bill. Just not good enough. Terrible service basically ******. MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER IS *** and I have the reference for the hospital as 291119qs6ztz
