The worst service

The worst service medal would defenitly go to the Fedhealth team. I have spoken to the incompatant call Centre. I have spoken to the manager and still it helped me nothing. You can send them emails you will not get any help.

My wife was put on this scheme in January. We found out she was pregnant in February. I informed them of what was happening and I was told that I would be coved. Well that was a lie!!!! When it came to getting authorization for the hospital we were told that it was declined so I made a plan to pay for it cash I took a lone. And as we were on our way to the hospital we got a call saying that we got authorization so we were happy and I payed back the loan. Three days after my wife and child got out the hospital I received a call saying that Fedhealth declined the hospital authorization. So now I am sitting with a 35000 rand hospital bill and a loan installment for the interest. But wait there is more!!! We were told that my baby would be covered straight away. Well that was I lie. As he went for his 6 week check up the authorization was declined yet again saying that our scheme was under investigation. Now I am sitting with another account of 3600 rand. I have phoned over R400 on my Voda om bill just to get an answer and still nothing. It's been 8 weeks now.

So they charge you r4200 a month just not to help you. But hey on the bright side it's not only me that is complaining if I look at the other reviews and listen to what other people are saying.
