The worst medical aid

Worst medical scheme ever, my daughter needs to be hospitalised as she has swelling in the brain but it's taking Fedhealth 3 weeks to authorise. She is at home now in pain everyday. Everyone we contact them we are told it's with the under writers. This is a serious case n trust me should my daughter's condition worsen which I can see happening I am going to sue Fedhealth. My daughter seen a neurologist on Thursday n he said he needs to do a lumbar suction asap but Fedhealth won't authorise. The service is pathetic and so is the medical scheme. The only thing they do pay for is GP visits? Will never recommend Fedhealth to anyone
