The worst

Terrible. the absolute worst. I made a manual payment as advised by the credit controller for my arrears amount only to have them debit it anyway after making an arrangement. Cool. My membership is somehow still suspended even though I'm paid ahead after the debits. Now I find out my banking details were somehow cancelled without my permission which has caused its own set of problems. When I called customer care no one had answers. Now apparently the they didnt receive the debited amounts even though the money left my bank account, I have no words as I havent reversed any debit orders on my side. I was on hold for over 24 minutes trying to get hold of credit control. I have never experienced anything so ********** in my life. the customer service is atrocious and the people do what they want. run very very far. all they're good for is taking your money.
