The worst customer service and hosiptal plan out there.

Im unable to get through on the call center, the service is horrific.

I cant understand what the point of this hospital plan is. There is absolutely no coverage. Im provided with list of gynae and anaethists that don't even work together. Im told to find a gynae and a anaethist that works together which doesn't exsist and now I may have to pay out of my own pocket.

fedhealth has offered absoluty no assistance and sent me in circles. Im starting to question my current hospital plan provider. Why is coverage so poor?!

Please could some offer me some decent service and show that they actually care about there customers and please can I just get a proper list of a gynae and a anaethist that actually works together at the same hospital!?
