The world needs more people like Andrew

I submitted a claim for my medical aid and I wasn't getting any feedback , after numerous calls to the call centre and endless useless reference numbers I got to speak to and deal with Andrew who went over and above the other call centre agents and sorted my claim out over the phone while I waited. Thank you for going the extra mile Andrew.
