Went into hospital for a hernia Opp and all said and done Fedhealth paid for just over 1/2 the bill. I don’t see the point of Fedhealth. We have been with them for 25 years and every year they reduce the benefit whilst charging you more and sneak in limits which give you the ****s when you see the hospital charge you R15k for an item and FH pays just R1k ….but it’s your limit sir.. When we started FH was no 1 . Now they’re last on the list. And don’t get me started on the pathetic service. They don’t even care that you’re leaving or why - Just do it in before the Callander month or you’re liable for another month!
