The only way to get a response from Fedhealth

Two weeks ago I wrote a review in desperation just to get a callback. On the day suddenly everybody was eager to help. Two weeks later I’ve had zero feedback despite sending emails, numerous attempts to call and promises after my initial review to resolve everything asap and keep me posted. So yet again, could someone at least call me back?
