THANKS FOR NOTHING!!

my mother has been with fedhealth for the two years now.It has just been a rollercoaster from hell.From her membership been suspended to Zero availability of funds.Until recently my mothers health turned for the worst,we took her to the doctor to find out we had ZERO funds without any communication for scheme a phone call to say listen because of A and B you have no available funds.We were referred to a government hospital,if I wanted my mother in a government hospital WHY IN GODS NAME WOULD I APPLY FOR A MEDICAL AID?frankly disappointed and disgusted by this medical aid.THE WORST EVER!!!!
