Thank you for excellent service

I was struggling to remember my log-in details for the member segment of the Fedhealth website. After a few unsuccessful tries, up popped a message from Claire (customer service) asking whether she could be of assistance. Within a few minutes she not only sorted out my problem, but also showed me a short-cut to get my claims to them. What outstanding service -- calm, competent and friendly.
