Thabang no customer s****s

<p>I have been speaking to Thabang from last week and his customer s****s is pathetic he sounds half dead and doesnt know what he is saying n he cannot even greet!!!! Everytime I request for a manager they not available or in a meeting. I have been with fedhealth since 2012 and never experience such poor service. All I want to do is move my debit order date ! I want a manager to call me ! I told him I feel like cancelling and he says ok clearly fedhealth do not need there clients </p>
