Terrible treatment towards Customers

I have been with Fedhealth for the last 20 years. Recently from October 2022 till February 2025 I needed to go for multiple procedures regarding the removal of my bottom left jaw which is currently replaced by a titanium plate.

We are now left with the last procedure that requires dental implants and Fedhealth is refusing to pay for this. I have been battling with them for the last 4 months to get his procedure approved. This is not cosmetic.My left bottom teeth was removed with my jaw. I am struggling to eat as I can only chew on my right hand side. We have made nunerous calls to Fedhealth and no one wants to assist me. Their service and customer care is pathetic. They never return your calls or emails. Fedhealth had my full medical history and they still refuse to approve this.

I need my Dental implant procedure approved urgently.
