TERRIBLE SERVICE THE WORST EVER NO REGARD FOR CLIENTS AT ALL!!!!!!

I have been waiting for Gugu who deals with social media complaints and Thabang in credit control to resolve my query since my first review 7 days ago,i cannot get hold of them via telephone and email,no response ,no reply why must I run after Fedhealth for feedback,i need this resolved ASAP I am sick and tired of calling and mailing ,CAN I HAVE THIS SORTED TODAY!!!!!,THIS IS THE REASON WHY I M LEAVING FEDHEALTH AS STATED IN SEVERAL EMAILS SENT!!
