Terrible service! Not recommended at all!

The service that I have received from this medical aid has been terrible! The consults are not well trained and clearly do not know the scheme rules. Every consultant that I spoke to gave me different information and a different story. Not only was my medical aid terminated without my knowledge by the scheme, but I was only informed the following month after the termination was finalised. Now that I am finally leaving, they do not want to refund me for the month that I was not covered! Cancellation has honestly been the biggest nightmare and when I finally received confirmation, the certificate that I was issued with had the wrong details.

Honestly such terrible service! I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone.
