Terrible service

I have been fighting with them over a claim from a hospitalization that is 2 months old now that is unresolved due to an "IT issue". There is no accountability whatsoever, the consultants keep bouncing me from one department to the other and it seems no one has a clue what to do. If you're looking for medical aid, I would advise you to stay as far away from Fedhealth as possible.
