Terrible service

I have recently joined fedhealth flexifed savy thinking that this would be an affordable for me at R1055 a month. Low and behold the first month after the first month without my consent I am now being debited an extra R500 for a savings option that I did not choose or cannot afford either. I have sent through a request for refund which to date has not been resolved. I am also told that I might be debited the same amount again but can do a reversal of the debit order. I regret taking on this medical aid and considering crossing over to discovery again
