Terrible service

Good day, On Friday 13th July 2018 at 01:30am well it would then actually be Saturday 14th July 2018.

My husband rushed me to Cape Gate mediclinic as I was struggling to breath and we thought that I was having a heart attack. Upon arrival I collapsed at the entrance and was wheeled in to the emergency unit. I was conscious the entire time.

In my cover it clearly states that I get trauma cover wether I am admitted to hospital or not but Fedhealth is declining the claim as there is no funds on my savings.

I am so sick and tired of Fedhealth's incompetence, the exact same thing was done when my baby was rushed to the trauma unit you took it from the savings.

Stop lying to get sales and be honest with your members
