Terrible Service!

<p>I cancelled my Fedhealth Medical insurance well in advance for the debit order not to go through, but still they deducted. Ok, mistakes happen, but then you fix it! I was informed that the moeny wioll be refunded with-in 2/3 working days. When I phoned them this morning it will again take that long! I have debit orders going through tonigh! I do not have time to wait any longer! When I requested to speak to a team leader, they all were in a very convenient "meeting". Sorry Fedhealth, but this is not on! Are you going to pay the bank fees for missed payments? Oh! You will? Will it just take 2/3 days????</p>
